The Gyuto is the Japanese version of the classic Western Chef’s knife. It is a true multi-purpose knife that can perform a wide range of tasks. It can be used with a variety of different cutting techniques and is suitable for cutting a vast majority of meats, fishes, vegetables and fruits. A true “multi-tool” of the kitchen and a must in every chefs kitchen. 

Our gyuto is made from high quality silver steel (115CrV3) carbon steel with a high hardness, durability and excellent wear resistance making it a fast, sharp and powerful knife to have in your home arsenal. 

The handle is made from stabilized birch wood, which doesnt absorb water, shrink, expand or crack. With added rosewood and terracota spacers for aethetic purposes.
